Overview:
EDU-PM supports a national alliance working to improve the use of postsecondary graduate outcomes data by designing and implementing a comprehensive member engagement strategy, coordinating virtual and in-person convenings, and documenting learning from key initiatives that promote data-informed decision-making. This includes work to operationalize postsecondary value frameworks, support cross-state collaboration, and help members translate data into meaningful insights and action.
Challenge:
The coalition needed to deepen member engagement, increase the visibility and utility of its programming, and document lessons learned from its national efforts to strengthen the connection between education and workforce outcomes.
EDU-PM Delivered:
- Annual member engagement plan including tailored strategies for different member roles, feedback mechanisms, and usage reporting
- Virtual programming series including webinars and showcases with end-to-end support for content design, communications, speaker coordination, and evaluation
- Comprehensive project management for an annual 150-person national summit, including venue sourcing, program development, logistics, and on-site execution
- Strategic governance support through board meeting preparation, scenario planning input, and facilitation of an annual organizational review
- Public-facing reports highlighting key insights and recommendations for future practice
