Annika Many is a strategic advisor, program executive, and founder of EDU-PM, LLC, where she partners with higher education systems, associations, consortia, and nonprofit organizations to manage complex initiatives, design forward-looking strategies, and turn big ideas into sustainable impact.
With over 20 years of experience in education—from classrooms to national policy forums—Annika brings deep expertise in post-secondary strategy, cross-sector collaboration, and mission-driven implementation.
About Annika

She provides trusted leadership on high-stakes projects, including grant-funded initiatives, multi-institution partnerships, policy development, and large-scale convenings. Her work spans a wide range of education priorities, including open education, college affordability, student aid reform, academic innovation, transfer and credit mobility, and alignment between education and workforce systems.
As CEO of EDU-PM, Annika has led engagements that include managing multi-year philanthropic grants, facilitating regional and national coalitions, supporting systems in adopting new data frameworks, leading research and reporting initiatives, and overseeing hybrid events and strategy retreats. Her clients value her blend of strategic thinking, operational rigor, and collaborative approach.
Before founding EDU-PM, Annika was a principal and co-founder of edBridge Partners, a national education consulting firm where she advised institutional leaders, membership organizations, and foundations through periods of growth and transformation. She also spent nearly a decade at the College Board, where she served as Senior Director in the Advocacy and Policy Center and held leadership roles in corporate strategy and the Project Management Office.
Annika holds a Master’s in Education and Politics from Teachers College at Columbia University, a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management from Pace University, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a frequent contributor to conversations on education policy, innovation, and institutional change.
