Overview:
EDU-PM collaborated with a major accreditor to support the launch of a new Innovation Center focused on strengthening short-term credential pathways, enhancing credit mobility, and fostering ecosystem-wide partnerships.
Challenge:
The accreditor needed experienced project management leadership to guide the early planning and design of its Innovation Center initiative, ensure productive collaboration across a newly formed Design Team, and begin development of tools and resources that would support institutional innovation
