Overview:

EDU-PM provides ongoing program management, strategic coordination, and operational support for a cross-border collaborative of public postsecondary systems committed to scaling open educational resources (OER) to improve student success.

Challenge:

The collaborative needed dedicated leadership and infrastructure to support coordination across 45 member systems, align strategic priorities, and ensure sustained engagement in a fast-evolving policy and practice landscape.

EDU-PM Delivered:

• Comprehensive program management plan aligned to strategic goals, including annual updates and outcome tracking
• Strategic advisement and administrative support for steering committee members, workgroup leads, and the collaborative chair
• Project coordination across multiple workgroups and committees, ensuring continuity, communication, and timely execution
• Ongoing membership data management, including maintenance of rosters, contact lists, and visual membership maps
• Event and meeting coordination infrastructure, including monthly workgroup and leadership meetings, virtual convenings, an annual in-person steering committee retreat, and an annual hybrid membership convening
• Oversight of communications and technology platforms, including website management, member updates, and tools such as Google Workspace and web hosting services
• Representation and relationship management with external partners and peer networks to ensure alignment, visibility, and shared learning across the open education field
