Overview:

EDU-PM provides strategic consulting, project management, and research support to a regional higher education compact advancing student success and equity across multiple states. Engagements have spanned open education initiatives, tuition affordability programs, dual enrollment policy, and the exploration of digital tools to support students and families in navigating college options.

Challenge:

The client required experienced consulting support to manage cross-state initiatives, generate research and recommendations, coordinate grant-funded efforts, and strengthen strategic capacity across diverse policy and program areas.
